We gather both “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information”. “Non-Personal Information” includes data that cannot identify you personally (e.g., anonymous usage data, general demographics, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, submitted preferences and those inferred from usage, and click counts). “Personal Information” includes data that can identify you personally (e.g., name, address, email, nationality, home/business address, personal image, national identification, personal signature, mobile number, and payment account details). We may also collect information provided by your browser and device (e.g., referring URL, browser type, device type, access date/time, and other non-identifying data).

These Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”) apply to the website https://noblemodz.com/ (the “Site”), including its sub-domains and mobile versions, and to any products and services offered thereon. These Terms complement our Privacy Policy (the “Policy”), incorporated by reference. The NobleModz team (“NobleModz”, “us”, “our”, “we”) operates the Site and provides the products and services. “You” or “your” refers to any user/visitor/browser of the Site, whether registered or not. By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms, applicable laws and regulations, and acknowledge your responsibility for compliance with local laws. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Site. Materials on the Site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Services Provided
NobleModz is an online reseller where users can purchase third‑party license keys provided by us. Our services include promoting and delivering digital keys and goods for video games (single‑player and online multiplayer). NobleModz offers these online reselling services (the “Services”) to visitors, buyers, sellers, and account holders, subject to these Terms. We do not endorse or encourage the use of mod menus online where prohibited by applicable game publisher terms (e.g., Rockstar’s Terms). Any online usage is at your own risk.
Updates
NobleModz may modify, amend, suspend, terminate, upgrade, or otherwise change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on the Site and may be notified by email. Please refer to the “last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any update—by registering an account or using the Services—constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Payments
We use globally recognized third‑party payment processors to bill you via a payment account linked to you. By using the Services, you authorize us to charge fees through your designated payment account. Payment processing is subject to the fees, terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the processors. NobleModz is not responsible for processor errors, fees, or currency conversion charges. You must keep billing information accurate and up to date. If a chargeback occurs or payment is not received, you agree to promptly pay all amounts due upon notice. Our inability to process a payment does not relieve your payment obligations. For any order questions, contact our team and we will work with you to resolve them.
Orders and Delivery
After placing an order, downloads of digital keys and goods are authorized—typically within 5 minutes. Upon purchase, you will receive a license key to redeem on the software provider’s official website (check spam/junk folders if needed). After redemption, refresh the page. If a product is inaccurately listed due to typographical/system error, NobleModz may refuse/cancel orders for such products. If your payment method was charged, we will cancel and refund or credit the incorrect amount. While we strive for accuracy, prices and descriptions may change, and items may be discontinued at any time without liability.
Conditions for Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with the following terms:
- Refunds may require approval from the product creator; we act as resellers and comply with creator refund policies. In cases of clear technical incompatibility, we may process refunds without creator authorization.
- You have 7 days from purchase to request a refund for unused digital products. Technical incompatibility not disclosed by the marketplace may also qualify within the same 7‑day period.
Refunds will NOT be made for items if:
- The user’s Windows OS or other system requirements (e.g. CPU, GPU...) do not meet the product requirements.
- The user failed or refused to follow the product instructions or manuals of the support staff.
- The user does not have the necessary technical knowledge to properly set up or use their PC or the product.
- The product is on update before or after purchase.
- No refunds on sale/discounted items, Paysafecard/gift cards, or accidental purchases. Review your cart carefully before checkout.
- No refunds for change of mind or personal preference (e.g., dissatisfaction with a menu), or if an account/key is banned or blacklisted.
- Most products are HWID‑locked. HWID reset requests may be rejected if sufficient proof is not provided that you are not sharing or selling your key/account.
- No refunds if third‑party software (e.g., antivirus) interferes and you are unwilling or unable to disable it.
- No refunds if you were banned or blocked from the game.
- Support for the product has been discontinued by the developer. Products labeled as “Lifetime” do not guarantee indefinite support, they grant access only while the developer keeps the product active.
- No refunds if you have initiated a dispute/chargeback.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
