Introduction

These Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”) apply to the website https://noblemodz.com/ (the “Site”), including its sub-domains and mobile versions, and to any products and services offered thereon. These Terms complement our Privacy Policy (the “Policy”), incorporated by reference. The NobleModz team (“NobleModz”, “us”, “our”, “we”) operates the Site and provides the products and services. “You” or “your” refers to any user/visitor/browser of the Site, whether registered or not.

By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms, applicable laws and regulations, and acknowledge your responsibility for compliance with local laws. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site and all services provided by noblemodz.com. Materials on the Site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Services Provided

MobleModz is an online reseller of digital license keys and related digital goods for third-party software mainly video games (single-player). We don't develop, own or hold rights in the underlying software, our role is limited to marketing, selling and delivering keys issued by the original publishers or developers.

We do not encourage or endorse using them in a way that breaches the relevant publisher's own terms. Using such products online is entirely at your own risk. We're not responsible for suspensions, bans or other action taken against you by a publisher or platform.

Nature of the License

You are purchasing a license key to activate software through the official publisher’s platform, not the software itself or any ownership rights. The use of the software is subject to the publisher’s own Terms, which takes precedence over anything related to the software.

Prohibited Behavior

When using our Products, you agree not to:

violate the terms of use of the game or platform a Product is intended for;
damage, disrupt, or degrade other users, game servers, or the broader gaming service;
create fake accounts, circumvent restrictions or bypass anti-fraud mechanisms;
deceive any person or obtain an advantage through unlawful means;
resell, redistribute or attempt to generate license keys without our written consent;
use a stolen or otherwise unauthorized payment method.

Violating these restrictions may result in your account being suspended or blocked, and in the refusal of technical support or a refund for the relevant purchase.

The same standard of conduct applies to the Site, chats, feedback forms, and our Discord server: no insults, threats, harassment, abusive language, knowingly false statements, or content damaging to the reputation of the Site, its administration, partners, or other users. Respectful criticism, complaints, and inquiries remain welcome.

User Responsibilities

By using the Site, you take on responsibility for:

giving us accurate account, contact and payment information and keeping it current
keeping your login details and any purchased keys confidential
checking that your device meets a product's stated requirements before you buy it
following the original publisher's or developer's own terms when you use a product
using the Services in line with these Terms and any laws that apply to you
letting us know promptly if you spot unauthorized use of your account or a breach of these Terms

You're accountable for everything that happens under your account, whether or not you personally did it.

Payments

Payments run through third-party payment processors linked to your chosen method. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge that method. Those processors set their own fees, terms and privacy practices we're not responsible for their errors, currency conversion costs, or fees. Keep your billing details current. If a payment fails or is later reversed (including through a chargeback), you're still responsible for the amount owed, and we may pursue it directly. For any order questions, contact our team and we will work with you to resolve them.

Orders and Delivery

After placing an order, downloads of digital keys and goods are authorized typically within 5 minutes. Upon purchase, you will receive a license key to redeem on the software provider’s official website (check spam/junk folders if needed). After redemption, refresh the page. If a product is inaccurately listed due to typographical/system error, NobleModz may refuse/cancel orders for such products. If your payment method was charged, we will cancel and refund or credit the incorrect amount. While we strive for accuracy, prices and descriptions may change, and items may be discontinued at any time without liability.

Conditions for Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with the following terms:

Refunds may require approval from the product creator; we act as resellers and comply with creator refund policies. In cases of clear technical incompatibility, we may process refunds without creator authorization.
You have 7 days from purchase to request a refund for unused digital products. Technical incompatibility not disclosed by the marketplace may also qualify within the same 7‑day period.

Refunds will NOT be made for items if:

The user’s Windows OS or other system requirements (e.g. CPU, GPU...) do not meet the product requirements.
The user failed or refused to follow the product instructions or manuals of the support staff.
The user does not have the necessary technical knowledge to properly set up or use their PC or the product.
The product is on update before or after purchase.
No refunds on sale/discounted items, Paysafecard/gift cards, or accidental purchases. Review your cart carefully before checkout.
No refunds for change of mind or personal preference (e.g., dissatisfaction with a menu), or if an account/key is banned or blacklisted.
Most products are HWID‑locked. HWID reset requests may be rejected if sufficient proof is not provided that you are not sharing or selling your key/account.
No refunds if third‑party software (e.g., antivirus) interferes and you are unwilling or unable to disable it.
No refunds if you were banned or blocked from the game.
Compensation will be decided by the respective product at its sole discretion. If no compensation is granted or if compensation differs from the customer’s request, no refund will be issued.
Support for the product has been discontinued by the developer. Products labeled as “Lifetime” do not guarantee indefinite support, they grant access only while the developer keeps the product active.
No refunds if you have initiated a dispute/chargeback.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

Limitation of Liability

NobleModz is not liable for any damages or losses connected to your use of the Site or Services, whether or not they were foreseeable, anticipated, or known in advance, including:

loss of data;
loss of income, profit, or business opportunity;
harm to your reputation or that of your business;
losses suffered by third parties, or any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, however they arise.

This also covers bans, suspensions or other action taken against you by a third-party publisher or platform. Where liability cannot be excluded by law — such as for intentional misconduct or gross negligence — our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the relevant product.

We recommend that you take reasonable steps to protect your device. We are not responsible for any damage caused by viruses, malware or other harmful software.

Disclaimer

We ensure that all keys we provide are genuine and unused. However, we are not responsible for the performance, functionality or updates of the underlying software, which is governed by the publisher. We also cannot guarantee that the Website or Services will always be available or completely free from errors or interruptions.

Changes to These Terms

NobleModz may modify, amend, suspend, terminate, upgrade, or otherwise change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on the Site and may be notified by email. Please refer to the “last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any update by registering an account or using the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms, together with any policies or guidelines referenced in them, are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We'd encourage you to check back on these Terms from time to time, since they may change. If you disagree with the current version or any future update, please stop using and accessing the Site immediately.
