We can only process refunds after securing approval from the product creator. As we operate solely as resellers, we must comply with the refund policies defined by the creators. In cases of technical incompatibility, however, we can issue refunds without needing this authorization.
You have a 7 days window to request a refund on digital products, as long as the product has not been used. Additionally, if you encounter a technical incompatibility that is not specified by the marketplace, you may also qualify for a refund within this same 7 days period.
Refunds are not available on sale/discounted items, paysafe/gift cards, or accidental purchases. Please review the items in your shopping cart carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Payments made via Paysafecard or Amazon cannot be refunded. For credit card payments, refunds can take between 2 to 14 days to finalize. If you paid using PayPal, expect your refund to be processed within 72 hours.
Refunds will not be provided if the customer wishes to cancel their purchase due to a change of mind or personal preferences such as dissatisfaction with the menu. Additionally, no refunds will be given if the account or key gets banned or blacklisted.
Most products are HWID locked and the staff may reject your HWID reset request if you cannot provide enough proofs that you are not sharing or selling your key/account.
Refunds will not be issued if third party software such as antivirus programs, causes problems and the customer is unwilling or unable to disable it.
Refunds cannot be issued if a customer has initiated a dispute with their bank or PayPal. Additionally, if a customer decides to cancel their purchase simply due to a change of mind, that will also be considered non-refundable.
