REFUND AND RETURNS

If you, as a customer, mistakenly send cryptocurrency to an incorrect wallet address that does not belong to our company, we will not be able to fulfill the order or provide a refund or replacement.

Sending an incorrect amount of cryptocurrency may result in the loss of the excess funds. However, if the transaction can be traced within our company’s wallet transaction history, you may be eligible for a refund of 80% of the amount sent, excluding any applicable fees.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot be held responsible for situations beyond our control. It is imperative that you verify the accuracy of the wallet address and transaction amount before proceeding with payment.
